(Hoffman) Blair, of Bay City, Mich., died Tuesday at St. Mary Medical Center in Saginaw, Mich. She was 83 years old. Mrs. Blair was born on June 28, 1911 in Antigo. She married Robert H. Blair. He preceded her in death on Jan. 28, 1988. Mrs. Blair was a graduate of Marquette University's School of Nursing. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Church in Bay City, the League of Catholic Women and Men, the Immaculate Heart of Mary chapter of Catholics United for the Faith and the Bay County Association of Retarded Citizens. Survivors include four daughters, Marcia Blair of Bay City, Marilyn Dyer of Essexville, Mrs. Barry (Barbara) Wolfe of Dallas, Texas and Mrs. Alger (Gail) Mockaitis of Manassas, Va.; a son, Gerard (Linda) Blair of Warren, Mich.; 11 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. Funeral services will take place on Friday at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church. Rev. Patrick C. O'Connor will officiate. Burial will be in the St. Patrick Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Stapish West Funeral Home in Bay City on Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of services. A parish wake service will be held Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
