Hoffman, 94, of Arlington Heights, Ill., died Tuesday at Church Creek Health Care Center in Arlington Heights. Miss Hoffman was born on April 7, 1903 in Antigo, a daughter of the late Maximilian and Agnes (Johnston) Hoffman. She was a longtime teacher in the Chicago Public School System. Survivors include nieces and nephews, John (Eleanor) Langhenry Jr., Arlington Heights, Mrs. James (Julia) Nelson, Houston, Texas and Joan Langhenry, Denver, Colo. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Julia (John) Langhenry and Ines Catherine Hoffman. Private services will be held and burial will be in Queen of Peace Cemetery.
