Blodgett, 75, a longtime Elcho resident, died Thursday evening at Langlade County Memorial hospital A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Blodgett, he was born Nov. 28, 1894, in Stevens Point, and came to the Elcho area as a young man. He never married. For the past three years he has made his home with a niece, Mrs. Joyce Kieslich. Surviving besides Mrs. Kieslich are a sister, Mrs. Ruth Weber, Milwaukee; and a brother, E. L. Blodgett, Yuma, Ariz. Three sisters and two brothers preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Congregation U.C.C. church in Elcho where friends may call after 10 o'clock Saturday morning. The Rev. Bharat Bhooshan will officiate, and interment will be in the Elcho cemetery.
