John KEOUGH b. in Canada. Employed in logging industry. Elizabeth MULL KEOUGH d. ?? Langlade County, unknown year but before 1886. Son-KEOUGH and Daughter-KEOUGH - preceded brother John Patrick in death before 1942 - need names. Son, John Patrick KEOUGH b. May 13, 1879 in Langlade Co. d. March 1942 in Madison Wi, resident of Antigo, WI. Woodsman, logger. md. Mae Olive Gibbs Feb. 3, 1912 in Langlade Co. daughter of Woodson (Woodsie)Gibbs and Martha Tyra both born in KY. Woodsie had a 2nd marriage to America Arrowood. 21 children in all. John Patrick Keough was left at the age of 7 years old to be raised by an Indian family near Lily, WI. Reported to be the Pendleton (?) family. John KEOUGH (Sr)is thought to have moved to Michigan about 1886 after leaving John Patrick in WI. John Patrick never saw his father again but was informed of his death sometime before 1942. John (Sr) may have remarried in Michigan and owned a saw mill??
