The child was two years old. Born June 8, 1998 in Minocqua, he was a son of Robert Archer and Jennifer Sue Drexler. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Phlox. In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents Cheryl (Robert) Guenther of Antigo and David Drexler of Hancock, Mich.; paternal grandparents Karen Roethle of Elcho and Michael Archer of Mattoon; and maternal great-grandparents Shirley Meidl of Phlox and Rosemary and Larry Drexler of Antigo. He was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Drexler Wolf and a great-uncle James Drexler. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Phlox. Rev. David Kiefer and Deacon Tom Hartman will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation is scheduled at the Bradley Funeral Home Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. A parish wake service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday evening.
