In the records of Trinity Lutheran Church, Town of Wausau (some 15-20 miles from Antigo) a Christ. Gehrke married Bertha Bucholz sometime before 1880. Have you considered checking the Marathon Co. web site for Gehrke information? The western edge of Langlade County borders on Marathon Co., WI and different family members may have settled some miles apart.
