Please advise if you believe you may be connected. Some names are Ludwig Gottlieb Wallner, Joachim Krueger, Wilhelmine nee Ludtke Wallner, Caroline nee (Ebert, Ewert, Avert) Krueger. Kruegers are believe to have first gone to Ohio, then Wisconsin, and finally to Illinois.

Your Emma Walker was the midwife for when my grandmother, Elaine Stuempges was born on December 31, 1926. When I was up in Wisconsin this summer, I asked my great-grandmother, Elaine's mother, who Emma Walker was and she told me that they were friends that lived down the street in Polar. I have a picture of Emma and my great-grandmother's grandmother, which is pretty old. If you would like to see it just ask..If you want to see my grandmother's birth certificate also just ask. Let me know!

They had a son John age 23 in hh, also niece Anna Montour age 18, with her son eugene. Our ancester Anna Montour did marry a John Spencer, had sons Eugene and James Alexander Spencer. Was this the correct John who was her husband? Their son James was born in Iron Mt. MI in 1925. John died shortly afterwards. Anna remarried, twice, last husband was Doc Kaufmann. If Anna was niece, and her parents were Wm. Montour and Johanna Harvey, was Mary Spencer's maiden name Harvey? Was she a dtr of Henry Harvey?

I would be grateful if the persons from the Langlade Co Genealogy Society who are doing the burials/death recording would watch for KEOUGH, KEHOE, KOUGH, etc. I am looking for an Elizabeth/Maggie/Margaret/Margaretha (nee MULL,MOLL)KEOUGH. She may be listed by any or all of these first names. She was the wife of John KEOUGH (KEHOE) and was one of the pioneer families in Langlade County. She along with husband John KEHOE/KEOUGH and son John Patrick KEOUGH were in Langlade County on the 1880 Census. She is thought to have died between 1880 and 1897. She may be with MULL or MOLL burials. Also looking for Elizabeth Halterman MULL, d. June 14, 1907. Died in Town of Summit or Dudley, WI.Death certificate says buried in the RUSSELL CEMETERY. Cannot locate a Russell Cemetery. Might it be called something else or be located in another county? Is there someone who would look for an obit for both women? Deb Slager Polo, IL >The Langlade Co Genealogy Society is in the Process of recording all the burials in Langlade Co. Hopefully but the slowly we hope to have these listings on line by the end of the year. > >Suzie >
