Carol, I checked at ancestry.com - there was no marriage record in Wisc. listed for Hassell and Betsey. They do have most of the marriages listed (index only). I can check the actual records next week if you'd like. I charge $5.00 per item photocopied ($1.00 for each additional page of a item). A marriage cert. would be $5.00. Let me know - sorry I can't get to it this week - I had some surgery that I'm still recovering from.
