I believe Stanislaus may be a brother. I know Julianna is buried in Lacrosse Catholic Cemetery but unsure where Christian was laid to rest. He is not listed next to his wife. I have 8 potential children of Christian and Julianna: Julianna(1836), Marianna(1838), Stanislaus(1840),Marianna(1843),Antonina(1845),Simon(1847),Frank X(1848-1922), and Pauline(1852-1942).
