    3. For those of you like me who never read "search tips," I found that the fewer letters you put in, the better. For example, for a name spelled multiple ways, like "Rybold" or "Reibold," put in: "Ryb" "Rei" You can pick up all the variations, plus badly misspelled entries you would never have hit on otherwise.
