WI. Mother was Martha Halvorsdtr./Haavarsdtr/Habbersdtr. - b. in Norway about 1832/1833, emigrated in 1858. Probably the "Martha Halverston, age 28, b. Norway - in 1860 listed with family of Rufus S. Wiles in La Cross township?" So perhaps Martha and Rollef... married in same church? His father was Rolleiv/Rollef/Rolf Johnson, b, in WI.He later died in the Civil War. Oliver must have been baptist in any of the Norwegian Lutheran Churches in the county ? Anyone who has access - and can help. Nobody has so far had any luck finding the ID for this family.
