Deceased came here with her family last fall to reside on the Lucas place in the north part of the village, the former home being in Miner, Juneau County. Besides Mr. Smith, she is survived by four daughters, Mrs. C. O--nee[illegible, Okanee?], of this city, Mrs. B. F. Gilman, of Flannigan, Ill., and the Misses Inez and Viola, who resided with their parents. Funeral services were held at the Congregational church here Tuesday morning, the remains being taken to Joslyn cemetery at Armenia for interment. Rev. W. H. Short conducted the services, Undertaker A. H. Kleberg being in charge of the remains. The funeral was attended by a large number of people and the following relatives from outside were present: Mr. and Mrs. B. E. Gilman, of Flannigan, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Harding, of Milwaukee, and Albert Torson, of Beloit.
