Davis, one of the oldest and best known citizen of the town of Plymouth, died March 14th, after a long illness. The funeral was held Friday, with burial at Mauston, under Masonic auspices. Mr. Davis was a native of New York state. He located in Plymouth in 1854 and had resided there continuously since. We expected an obituary to be handed in, but have been disappointed in it.
