Citterman, 71, of New Lisbon, died Saturday July 19, 2003. He was born Dec. 12, 1931 in Ivanhoe, Minnesota, and was a Korean War veteran. Survivors include his wife and three daughters, four step-children, 16 grandchildren, two brothers and three sisters. He was preceded in death by his sister Wladyscawa Popowski; brothers Teddy and Andy, and granddaughter Tara Bupp. Services were held at St. Paul's Catholic Church in New Lisbon, with burial in St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery. Hare Funeral Home in New Lisbon assisted with arrangements.
