Surnames: Carr, Lull Classification: Obituary Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/wEC.2ACE/1335 Message Board Post: CARR - At Elroy, March 26, 1888 of general debility, Daniel Carr, aged 87 years. The deceased was born near Crooked Lake in 1801. From there he removed to Alleghany County, New York, where he married Ann Lull, who still survives him. The fruits of this union were eight children, five of whom are now living. In 1854 he removed to Wisconsin and settled in the new settlement in the town of Plymouth, where he has since resided. The universal verdict of friends and neighbors is "he was a good man, straightforward and honest, and a good worker." Of him it may be said that he had lived far past his three score years and ten, and like the ripened fruit, he fell asleep never to waken. Source: Elroy Tribune, dated 29 Mar 1888
