Sept. 29, 1888: Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim, and that said proof will be made before the Judge of Circuit Court for Jackson Co., or in his absence the Clerk of said Court, at Black River Falls, Wis., on November 21st, 1888, viz: Henry RIPPLINGER, H. E. 8459 for the SE 1/4 of NE 1/4, Sec. 36. Twp 24 N, Range 5 west.
