Locals still refer to it as Sechlerville, but the mailing address is Hixton. I went to the Sechlerville Cemetary today and took pictures of his and an Eliza Maule, resting next to him, and to the left of the Maule family stone there rest a Wiel (I will go back and check this info. as it got dark on me and there are more of my family stones I will be going back and getting pictures of) and Elizabeth Maule. On the tombstone his date of death is 1881. I am planning on going back this coming Sunday. If so I will e-mail you pictures if you can receive them Jill Borreson Jackson County.
