Hi Michelle, have some info for you, but not on Lily Fuchs. But you gave me Otto's wife's name. He used to winter here in Texas, down in Brownsville. Great place!!!!! His son Carl, married Rilda, who was the twin sister to my husband's mother, Ruth! Carl and Rilda had three children, the oldest, Fred, is, of course, my husband's cousin. They are meeting and going hunting in Montana in October. But I digress. Otto junior, as I call him was an undertaker in Portage, but have nothing more on him. Hope this helps.
