Our "mainstream" migration story is NC to GA to TN to points west, but there were some Dunnagans in New England and Canada. But we are weak on details. Hope that is OK. There are some researchers who believe some Dunnagans trace back to the DUNGANS who arrived in Rhode Island in the early 1600s and you might want to explore that.
