He was born in Rensselaer Co. and later married Mercy DAVIS (1805-1874) in Alfred, Allegany Co., NY on June 12, 1824. I believe Mercy may be the d/o William DAVIS (1771-1827) and Miriam COON (1775-1835). I am of the impression that Jeremiah and Mercy were part of the Seventh Day Baptists. Mercy died in Davis Junction, Ogle Co., IL and Jeremiah in Berlin, Green Lake Co., WI. Would appreciate info on Jeremiah's parentage or siblings.
