I am looking for information on the Skinner family found on the 1860 census, Twp of Mackford, Green Lake Co., Wisconsin. Chapin C. Skinner, his brother Dwight, Dwight's wife Mary and sons Theodore and Albert. Chapin & Dwight's brother Manly, and their mother Chloe, age 67. By 1870, Chapin was married & living in Columbia co., Wis, no sign of any of the others in either place. I hope someone can telll me if it's possible to access death records for Green Lake Co. circa 1860 - 1870, and if so, where can I write? Thanks so much...Kathy heweys@prodigy.net
