Vern, As owner of other mailing lists, I can answer your question. All postings to the Gen-connect boards (queries, bios, pensions, obits, etc) are mirrored to the individual county's mailing list. This was put into place almost a year ago now by Rootsweb. Anytime someone places a posting to one of the boards, the post is automatically sent to the mailing list as well.
