The Green County Genealogical Society met April 7th, 2001, which was an organizational meeting with 25 people attending. At this time it is planned that the meetings will be held the first Saturday of the month from September through May at 1pm at the Monroe Library. The next meeting will be May 5th. Membership dues are $10.00 individual and $12.50 family. Individual includes a membership card, newsletter when available, and a vote when attending the meetings. Family includes 2 cards, one newsletter when available and a total of 2 votes per family when attending the meetings.
