She was taken and brought up by Lewis and Louisa Comstock. She was married to William Swancutt July 10, 1870, who died Feb. 1876, leaving 3 children, George, Louisa and little Bennie. Bennie died March, 1876. Louisa, wife of George Symonds, died in 1890. Ella Swancutt was married to David Booher on July 9, 1892. She died Jan. 17, 1897, leaving a mother, a husband and four children, Otto, Arthur, Willie and Elza, to mourn their loss: the shadow of the past had gone, Life more sweet had dawned, When death's angel opened the way, that let the weary one in today.
