I have just learned that my great-grandmother, Telitha Wilis (who married Tom Kellar Pierce of Crawford Co., PA) was born in Green Co., WI. I have her parents names and the names of her siblings, but would like to get more information if anyone has such. I do not know her marriage date (it was about 1861, I believe) and I think she and my ggf might have been married in WI and have lived in WI for at least a short time after their marriage. She was living in Crawford Co., PA, by the time of the 1870 census. Are there marriage records for this period? How can I get birth records? My gf, their son William Solomon Pierce, was born in WI in 1866. Are birth records available? Thanks for any help. Regards, Linda Pierce Moore
