Wi Obituaries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Wi/GreenObits/10534 Surname: Nipple, McCahan ------------------------- Albany, Green County Wisconsin Vindicator, Thursday September 12, 1889.Another Pioneer Gone Frederick Nipple, aged 82 years, died at his residence about three miles south of this village Sunday evening, September 8, 1889. Mr. Nipple was born in Licking Creek Valley, Pa., June 11, 1807. On the 21st of January, 1830, he was married to Rosanna McCahan, who survives him. In May, 1832, he moved to Trumbull Co., Ohio, and from there to Decatur, Wisc., in November, 1846, 43 years ago. In early life he united with the Methodist Church, and said before he died he was ready and willing to go. The funeral was held at the Dawson Church Tuesday, September 10, an appropriate service being conducted by Rev. B. L. Prescott of Brodhead, and the remains were laid to rest in the cemetery at that place.
