Hill, in her 62nd year. The deceased was the second daughter of Samuel Haigh, of Yorkville, Illinois, and came with her parents from England, to Kendall County, Illinois in 1847, where she was married to Rev. William T. Hill, who was then the pastor of the Baptist Church in Yorkville. She has since labored faithfully as pastor's wife in Illinois, Dakota, and Wisconsin, and won the esteem of all among whom her lot has been cast. In all the relations of life, of her it can be said, "she hath done what she could." She was laid to rest by loving hands, her precious remains wrapped in the flowers she so much loved, on Saturday afternoon in the cemetery at Yorkville, Illinois where her kindred are buried.
