I need to find out if my GGrandfather Ludwig C. JULIUS was in Wisconsin in 1850. The history I have says about 1850, but that could mean anywhere between 1840 and 1860. I have been told that the Naturalization records are at a University Library. Is there a phone number, street address or e-mail address that I can contact? Were wives required to become naturalized citizens also or just the men? Thank you for all the help you have given me in the past. I'm just looking for more help. Bev Miller
