Think there is a real connection for this Emaline Chase. My mother said grandpa would always give her a bunch of names and said remember these. I thought it was nonsense years ago when she told me this story but now after reviewing this Emaline, think she must have been his mother. Grandpa Leroy said ("Chase sarah emaline hilda matilda pafford chase hill"). So I think that grandpa was giving mother and his granmothers names! Need to look at this Hilda Matilda Pafford Chase.
