I'm coming up empty, despite first name only searches, soundex searches, wild card searches. I imagine you already have Patrick's and Bridget's obituaries. Do you have their probate and will information? These documents might give some indication as to Christopher's whereabouts at the time of his parents' deaths. Since Patrick was a farmer, there may be some county land transfer documents following his death; there may be some clue in those resources, as well. Another possibility for clues about where Christopher might have been after 1880: county histories (very popular at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century). If Patrick's family was described in one of these, the narrative might indicate the whereabouts of the grown children at the time the history was published. Sorry I couldn't find anything further.
