I have posted several times about my "old Susannah" in fact I am all over with this one BUT since no one, including Wisconsin knows anything about her it's rather frustrating! so I lurk on several lists to look for her till I can get back there to see for myself. I live in Arkansas. she is my husbands 3d great grandmother & from a very elusive family. I am researching thru her children in hopes of finding her maiden name, BUT no luck there either. they are Stewart's, Newberry's trout's. Ferrel's too Susannah Powell. no maiden name. m. to ??John Powell. she b. approx. 1803 in SC. married to .... Powell ch. many Rachel, Cynthia, Mahala, Andrew J. Susannah, John. d. 1866 bur. Boscobel Cem. would love a photo of her gravesite, BUT the family there is not co operating with me. so there you have it (again).........Jo Ann Loghry
