    3. Dave, Thank you! TROY You have the right family. How can I figure out where in NY they settled? Ironically, there are two William Troy's in the 1880 census. They are listed one on page 56 and another on 57. One is age 49 and the other is 56. They both have families. With the close proximity in the listings, I think there may be some relationship. RALPH As for William Ralph (married Rebecka Stanton Davey) I only know of one child, Columbus Stanton Ralph. His death record indicates Wisconsin as the place of birth. The marriage record does not have a place certain. They had two children about 1875 or so. Only Elsie (b. 1876) survived. I cannot lay my fingers on the death record for hte infant who died to get the right year. Any ideas? Eileen ----- Original Message ----- From: "David W.
