This list, as well as ALL Rootsweb lists automatically send out a letter notifying all subscribers that they have been subscribed to the list. Also the person receives a message that explains how to unsubscribe and subscribe to the list. This "Welcome letter" should always be kept to avoid this sort of thing from happening. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to subscribe and unsubscribe from any mailing list......not a requirement for the list admin to do so. Please remember to keep this information .......it's to your advantage to do so.
