Simon and Adelheidt Ackerman buried in St. Mary's "Settlement" Cemetery, rural Cassville, Wisconsin now located along Settlement Road, Cassville. Children were: (1) Reiner 1859-1950, married Martha Weber and had 9 children. (2) John (1861-1925) married Lina Woodington and had one known daughter. (3) Catherine (1864-1917) married Henry Koppen and had 6 known children. (4) Joseph (1866-1949) no record of any marriage. (5) Casper (1870-1930) married Otillia Goetterz/Goeddertz and had 6 known children. (6) Elizabeth (1873-1941) m/1 Mike Schmelz, m/2 Frank Unterscheidt.
