I went looking for Stephen and Eliza with the surname DECATUR, believing you were looking for the family of a Stephen DECATUR who married Eliza BEAN. You will find some of what you're looking for in terms of marriage records at: http://www.wisconsinhistory.org/vitalrecords/ 1. Enter BEAN for surname and select GRANT from the list of counties. 2. When you find a match in the list of names, click on the DETAILS link to the right. A list of details (including volume number, etc.) will come up.
