John, write to the Wisconsin State Reformatory and list your request, your relationship and your reason. I think you will have good luck with them. If he is underage they may not be able to help but if you have a kind warden he just might help. One thing to do is send your telephone number along with your address. I wrote for one years ago and the warden from the State he was in called me and gave me all the information I need over the phone. Because he was underage he couldn't mail it to me.
