I would like contact with some of John's family, a sisters married the Carroll and Richtor families, I believe the may have moved to Dubuque. Mary was in the Grant County Asylum for better than 40 years. I would like more into on her incarceration. I understand she had a baby while she was living there, a pregnancy from the administrator at the Asylum. I understand he was fired after this incident, we don't know who the baby was given to and I would like a way to tract down the administrators of the County Home. I am not sure of the spelling of the Richtor name. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance. Linda
