In 1885 did Grant County have an epidemic of some kind? My great grandfather, Francis Willard died 24 Nov 1885 at the age of 43. And his son, Willie Willard died 22 Sep 1885 at age of ten. Both lived at Wyalusing at the time of their death and are buried in the Brodtville Cemetery. With them both dying within two months of each other, and being so young I thought perhaps an epidemic of some kind could have been the cause of their death. Bud Engelhardt budengelhardt@msn.com
