John Lawrence Taylors' sister Josephine Taylor, b. 1854 married William McDaniel in about 1871. They had four children born between 1872 to 1886: Claude, Charles, Rosie, and William C. McDaniel. By 1894 Josephine and William had moved to Philipsburg, Granite County, Montana. Some of the McDaniels then moved on to King County, Washington.
