Abbey Holt, Archives Assistant and her associates helped me greatly with my research project. There is an extreme amount of history for genealogist in this library. I only was able to probe the surface and came away with so much information regarding my family. I am aware it will take at least one more trip to feel I have tapped all resources available. Lancaster is another store house. It will be worth your while. If you go to the University of Wisconsin, Platteville website, it will take you on a tour of the library.
