I've worked with them before online. I sent in several requests and they emailed me whether they had the info or not and if they did then I'd give them my address so that they could send me the copies..... Abbey Holt, Archives Assistant and her associates helped me greatly with my research project. There is an extreme amount of history for genealogist in this library. I only was able to probe the surface and came away with so much information regarding my family. I am aware it will take at least one more trip to feel I have tapped all resources available. Lancaster is another store house. It will be worth your while. If you go to the University of Wisconsin, Platteville website, it will take you on a tour of the library. Karrmann Library is located on their home page. Key words: University of Wisconsin, Platteville. swwis@am.uwplatt.edu I even made photo choices with Abby scanning them for me and sending them to my home E-mail. Not sure the fee. You will have to check.
