I am not aware of any Kral/Slechta ties in my family, but that doesn't necessarily mean that there is not. I don't know much about the Kral line at all. My GGrandfather was Joseph Kral, who married Rosa Talasch. They were both born in Bohemia, and I don't have a wedding date for them. He had the daughter they called Mary. But she was a Kral......GGrandpa had a son he named Joseph E. Kral, who married Bertha Isabelle Sabinsonon February 24, 1903. Joesph E. Kral had a son named Joseph Kral. Joseph Kral married and then divorced, his wife having moved to Texas. Does any of this sound familiar? Also, all the children of GGrandpa changed their name Kral to the English translation when they reached adulthood. I've never heard a reason why they did this.... Mari
