    2. Robin and all else interested. Interlibrary loan is a great help. Don't hesitate to ask for something even if it might seem that it wouldn't be loaned. I have gotten really neat items that I thought shouldn't have been loaned, such as a home bound book of some of my family. It had a copper cover and was just neat. A lot of libraries will not loan genealogy books because they cost so much and because if they are lost in mail may not be able to be replaced. I do Interlibrary loan for a living a college. Try any way, the worst that can happen is a no, no. A lot of places will loan microfilm of newspapers. As the subject said, Interlibrary loan is an overlooked source. If the book can't be loaned ask for table of contents or Index. Marge Weimer

    3. Dad was looking thru his trinkets today and found a very interesting find. A token from a Wm Miller Saloon in Highland WI....anybody ever hear of this saloon and maybe where it was or is located?? I'd like to know more if I could! THANKS Sincerely John Dvorak GCGS member to 2003
