Michael Albert's father, Michael William's father, or Charles Hilger's father? It's also helpful to provide a timeframe. I am descended from NAPP/KNAPPs in early Grant County (beginning in 1846), one of whom had HILGERTIN/HILGER antecedents in Werlau, Coblenz, Germany.
