I was born 19th day of Aoril 1819 in the Parish of Madron in GB and that I am about 29years of age. I migrated from the port of Penzance (?) in GB on the 12th day of May 1846 and landed at Buffalo NY on the 4th day of July 1846. Since my arrival remained within the limits of the US County of Lafayette Territory of WI. etc. Signed Daniel Cock Subscribed and sworn before me this 21st day of May 1848. Charles P.
