Greetings, This Obituary was in my local newspaper today 22 February 2006 Katherine Dvorak, 102 Oceanside, CA--Katherine Dvorak, 102, died Sunday, Feb.19, 2006, at Encinitas Rehabilitation Center. Born Oct. 27, 1903 in Burgunland, Austria, she lived in Oceanside for 32 years. She was a homemaker and grandmother. She immigrated from Austria and lived in the Chicago area for many years. Mrs Dvorak was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Dvorak, in 1981. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Dolores and Gunnar Eklof of Oceanside; sisters Victoria Bock of Antioch, Ill., and Pauline Williams of Kingwood, Texas; and one granddaughter, Lynn.
