BALDWIN, watchmaker and jeweler; commenced business Dec. 5, 1879, with an assortment of jewelry, clocks, watches, plated and silverware; his business has increased, and he carries at present a $2,500 stock. Mr. Baldwin learned his trade in Illinois, where he was engaged in business with his brother for ten years. He is a native of Ohio, born near Cleveland Nov. 18, 1848; a son of A. S. and M. J.
