from the Muscoda Progressive, August 1, 2002 Pulaski Presbyterian Plans to Dissolve Congregation at Year's End Members of Pulaski Presbyterian Church, rural Muscoda, voted at a special meeting Sunday, July 21, to dissolve the congregation effective December 29. The Pulaski Presbyterian Church was organized by 27 people May 24, 1862. The orginal church was a log building, located on the hillside where the church cemetery is now located. The current building was erected in 1873 at a cost of $2,000. Plans are being made for a worship event to celebrate the more than 140 years of ministry by the people of the Pulaski Church.
