Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/lEC.2ACE/405.1 Message Board Post: Joni, Per the Grant Co. marriage records: Samuel P. Poland married Sarah A. Elliott, 3 Nov 1868. Recorded in Book 4, Pg. 173. Samuel is recorded as the son of Peter and Unknown Poland. Sarah the daughter of Jacob and Ellenor (Unknown) Elliott. Since you show that Sarah was previously married, Jacob and Ellenor may be Swart's rather than Elliott's. Many errors are found in these early records. For cemetery records, your best bet would be contacting the Grant Co. Genealogical Society: http://www.rootsweb.com/~wigrant/gcgensoc.htm#search Dave Taft
