    3. Thanks, Dave. I'm late in checking in today. He's right folks. when there's a post and it includes a url and it mentions the "boards", you need to click on the url to answer the post.... I know that this is somewhat confusing, but had taken a canvas of the list, and they voted to have the board posts gatewayed to the list. It makes it easier for list members in that they don't have to keep checking the boards periodically. Thanks again Sir Taft! :)) Don't know what I'd do without ya! 3. Susan, you may have been infected before you updated your Norton. Go to the url that I listed, and follow the instructions. It will scan your system for the worm/virus, and eradicate it from your system. The patch I mentioned, is just a word to describe the "tool" that Symantec has available for removing this worm. It's the ONLY way you can remove it if you have it. http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.klez.removal.tool.html If you'll look at the url, you'll see that it names it the klez.removal tool. It won't hurt to run the tool anyway. I did just as a precaution. When it has finished looking for the worm, it will tell you what it found. It told me that all instances (versions) of the worm was not found on my system. 3. Ok, folks. I just got an email from someone stating that the list admin address..........gave them the Klez.gen virus. I've run a full scan after updating.........ran the patch on my whole system, and came up empty. I do NOT have the worm/virus. However, someone on this list apparently does, and the thing has taken the admin address of WIGRANT-L-request@rootsweb.com from the infected computer. Please go and update your antivirus........and run a FULL system scan. Also, go to this site: http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.klez.removal.tool.html download the tool/patch, and follow the directions. BE SURE and run the tool from Safe Mode! Thanks@!
